PZero Rosso
In the luxury and sports car segment, many sophisticated electronic vehicle safety and comfort management systems are being fitted as standard. To respond to this evolution and the increasingly stringent legislation limiting acoustic pollution, Pirelli has created the PZero Rosso: a comfortable and quiet ultra-high performance tyre with no trade off.

The name derives from the now legendary "PZero", which became a milestone, marking a fundamental turning point in Pirelli ultra-high performance tyre technology, and "Rosso", or red, which is synonymous with Italian motorsport. Over 200 original equipment approvals by the most prestigious car manufacturers.

Tread pattern
Asymmetric design with wide longitudinal channels. The tread pattern is divided laterally into three distinct elements, each designed to confer a particular aspect of performance. These elements range from robust outer shoulder blocks through a semi-slick central rib with curved transversal grooves, to a more open inner shoulder.

Direzionale : Elegant arrow shaped directional tread design with wide longitudinal grooves for better response in both wet and dry.

PZero Nero
Drivers' needs and expectations are becoming more sophisticated, especially at the top end of the car market. Increasingly, fast trackers, the primary target for Pirelli, require ultra-low profile tyres with larger diameter wheels as well as higher tyre load capacity.

PZero Nero's maxim is "works harder, plays harder",
derived from the tyre's major characteristics:

Driving Force
The Extra Load capacity assists in maintaining the performance of both sports saloons with full equipment options and increasingly heavy and powerful tuned cars. New technology ensures a higher load carrying capacity without compromising driving comfort

Driving Enjoyment
The comprehensive specification extends the limits of driving pleasure. No compromise in dry and wet handling and, in conjunction with powerful ABS braking, significantly reduced stopping distances. These features not only make the PZero Nero the ideal choice for tyre/wheel conversions but add a new dimension to the car that reflects the drivers individuality.

Tread pattern
Asymmetric Ultra High Performance tread design with optimised pitch and variable angle grooves for acoustic comfort and to minimise aquaplaning
Self supporting Run Flat version available soon.

PZero System
PZero System is the world's first system utilising directional and asymmetric ultra high performance tyres. Designed for use in tandem or separately in the case of Asimmetrico, according to the type of car, conditions of use and driving style.

Its racing construction offers superior torsional strength, grip and steering response under stress.

Tread pattern
Asimmetrico : The asymmetric design features a block pattern inner section, a central area with two continuous ribs and a semi-slick outer section.

Direzionale : The directional design overcomes the problem of wet grip and aquaplaning associated with high performance cars fitted with wide-section front tyres. PZero Direzionale maximises water expulsion, leaving a drier surface for the rear Asimmetrico

P7
Designed predominantly for latest generation cars of medium to high power, P7 represents a contribution to performance in the wet, precise cornering, safety during braking and, above all, lifelong ability to maintain these characteristics.
The tyre achieves safety and driving performance resulting in effectiveness in the wet, assured braking, cornering, steeering response and comfort particularly on long motorway journeys.

Tread pattern
P7's attractive asymmetric tread pattern blends style with an aggressive look. Its design is created to maximise handling, traction, braking and lateral grip, even during hard cornering.

P6
P6 has been developed for saloons, estate cars and MPVs where ride comfort, stress resistance, low rolling resistance, smooth running and even wear are the top requirements.

The tyre profile is designed to reduce deformation in the critical areas and to improve pressure distribution in the contact area. The cap and base compound reduces energy consumption resulting in increased integrity and reliability of the whole structure.

The impression at the wheel is one of great fluidity and of control, with a high degree of adaptability to variable driving conditions. In particular, the safety advantages are substantial: greater aquaplaning resistance, more grip and braking stability in the wet and dry; qualities which remain constant throughout the tyre's life.

Tread pattern
Symmetrical design for assured performance and comfort in both wet and dry.

Eufori@
According to a recent customer survey (JD Power in North America), seven out of eight consumers say Run Flat tyres are No.1 among the features they most want from their next vehicles. It shows that consumers prefer safety-related features more than sophisticated entertainment systems or other conveniences in their new vehicles. Consumers seek extended mobility after the tyre has been punctured, car manufacturers look for space gains, both in compact and sports vehicles, by dispensing with the spare wheel. Pirelli's answer is Eufori@ Run Flat. Produced utilising revolutionary MIRS (Modular Integrated Robotized System) technology, Eufori@ is Pirelli's first Run Flat product, ensuring both Active and Passive safety.

Active safety
Secure dry and wet handling, braking efficiency and resistance to aquaplaning.
The vehicle can be driven safely following a sudden loss of pressure whilst maintaining complete control.

Passive safety
Extended mobility when a puncture occurs. At zero pressure the vehicle is not immobilised and the driver can rely on a run-flat range of up to 80 km (50 miles) at 80 km/h (50 mph).

P6000 - P6000 Powergy
P6000 enhances the capability of existing safety systems on modern cars, by improving the performance of the "footprint", actively responding to changing road surfaces and variable operating temperatures.
The "wave" tread pattern design gives a unique fashionable look to the tyre which, together with the wide central groove, ensures excellent water expulsion. The silica-based compound not only offers exceptional performance on dry roads, but also maximum grip and safety in the wet.
The comprehensive P6000 size range covers most cars in the medium to high performance segment. The P6000 Powergy is an additional version that expands the already extensive P6000 range, meeting the needs of the latest generation cars for comfort, reduced noise, low rolling resistance and mileage.

Tread pattern
"Wave" tread design which incorporates almost continuous tread blocks running from the centre to the shoulder of the tyre, separated by water clearing channels.
