REPLACEMENT ELEMENT
Pipercross
air filter are constructed using a multi laminated foam
element. The outer layer absorbs larger particles, whilst
the red layer filters finer particles. Pipercross air filters
give 30% more airflow thus providing improved performance.
PIPERCROSS INDUCTION
KITS
Pipercross
induction kits are constructed using the same foam element
as the panel filters but remove the restriction of the standard
airbox. The cone filter gives more induction roar as well
as higher airflow. All Pipercross filters are designed specifically
for each individual application and are provided with any
necessary fittings for installation.

VIPER KIT
The
Pipercross viper induction kits take performance to the next
level. By encasing the cone filter in a carbon fibre surround
with a direct cold air feed which clamps onto the spun aluminium
end, this not only provides greater airflow but crucially
cooler,denser air which results in greater midrange performance.
This reduces the negative effect that the heat from the engine
can have on some convential induction kits. This is especially
important on turbocharged vehicles.

VFORCE
The
Vforce filtration system is the latest addition to the Pipercross
range. Currently only available for limited applications,
this system utilises the knowledge gained from F1. The specifically
designed aluminium airbox provides a larger plenum chamber
for the filter as well as reflecting the heat from the engine.
The material used for these filters are radically different
from any other filter on the market, designed from material
developed for formula 1 applications. Another industry first
is the air filter gauge on the outside of the air box which
provides an easy and convenient way of monitoring the filter’s
performance.
