New to the Clarion Multimeadia range is the entry level VZ409E multimedia single din unit. Providing an affordable in dash solution for vehicle entertainment this model boasts features above its price tag.

The 7" TFT LCD touch screen allows full control of various sources - FM Tuner, CD/DVD, USB aux input, 3.5mm aux input, Ipod control (optional CCUIPOD3 cable required) and handsfree Bluetooth (optional BLT373 processor required). Additional sources can be added via the single AV input.

The Clarion VZ409E provides superb sound quality thanks to the in built 4x40W amplifier, 3 band EQ with 8 presets, 24bit DAC and 2 audio preout connections.

The Clarion VZ509E expands on the impressive features of the VZ409E headunit whilst still remaining a competitive price tag.

Sound quality is further improved using a built in 4x50W amplifier, high and low pass filters, three preout connections with dedicated subwoofer out, BBE MP to improve sound quality on compressed formats. Full Ipod control is supported using the 7" touchscreen and Ipod video playback is also possible. (optional CCA723 cable required).

The VZ509E is the perfect unit to build a complete in car multimedia experience.  The 2-Zone entertainment output allows the video/audio ouput to be viewed on  rear screens whilst still providing front seat passengers the ability to view a different source. Add to this the dedicated camera input - perfect for reverse camera applications -  and  direct connection for Clarion's NP509E hard drive nav (all controlled from the touchscreen).

The Clarion VX709E 2 Din headunit has similar features to the VZ509E but with the addition of built in Bluetooth handsfree facility.  The double din application is perfect in many of today's modern vehicles retaining the "factory" appearance.
