Alpine's IDA-X301 is the entry level model in the IDA range of units dedicated for the Ipod users. These units have no CD facility but instead are aimed towards todays MP3 market. The IDA-X301 provides full Ipod control using Alpine's tried and tested Full Speed connection. The unit converts the digital signal from the Ipod to an anolgue signal using the built in 24-bit DAC for improved sound quality. Featuring a detachable facia, single preout, Bluetooth capability (optional KCE-400BT processor required) and also avaiable in red illumination, the IDA-X301 is excellent value for money. | |

Alpine's IDA-X305 is the range topping media reciever. The full colour 2.2" TFT display provides Ipod information (artist, title, playlist etc) along with the ability to display album covers/artwork. The IDA-X305 boasts a more powerful 4x50W built in amplifier providing better sound than the other IDA models. System expansion is possible with the optional Imprint (PXA-H100) processor and Parrot Bluetooth (KCE-400BT) processor. Alpine has built on the success of its Digital Media Receiver and introduced the IXA-W404R double din receiver. The IXA-W404R features a new 4.3" touch screen control which provides quick and easy finger tip control of Ipod menus, navigation (optional Blackbird nav and cradle required), Bluetooth handsfree including full phonebook access (optional KCE-400BT processor required). The 4x50W built in amplifier provides excellent sound quality which can be further enhanced by adding external amplifiers via the three preout connections.
